Senior Full Stack Developer with MERN (React and NodeJS) :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React and NodeJS to join our team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across both the front-end and back-end. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, responsive, and efficient web solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Web Application Development: Design and develop web applications using React and NodeJS for the front-end and other technologies for the back-end.
• Mentorship and Collaboration: Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to ideate and implement software solutions.
• Front-End Development: Build appealing and responsive user interfaces using React and other front-end technologies .
• Back-End Development: Develop and manage databases, servers, and APIs to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Testing and Debugging: Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software as needed.
• Security and Data Protection: Implement security measures and data protection settings to safeguard applications.
• Documentation: Write technical documentation to support development and maintenance efforts.
• Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure applications are optimized for mobile devices and provide a seamless user experience across platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React and NodeJS .
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in React, NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and other front-end technologies .
• Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address performance issues, bottlenecks, and bugs.
• Team Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices and methodologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?2,200,000.00 - ?2,500,000.00 per year
