- Innovate and create new jewelry styles aligned with current market trends.
- Stay abreast of emerging design aesthetics and consumer preferences.
- Conduct thorough research and development on jewelry designs and their intricate mechanisms.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of designs.
- Analyse market feedback and adjust designs accordingly.
- Good with Technical Knowledge and Communication
- Good Exposure of US Market (Silver Jewellery) (5+ Year)
- Innovative Design Creation
- Trend Analysis as per export market
- Research and Development (R&D)
- Global Market Awareness

- Any Graduate
- Excel is Must & Knowledge of EMR will be added advantage
