• Understand customer needs and requirements and develop an effective sourcing strategy.
• Studying and sharing Product Packs to work on new developments and costing.
• Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost-effectiveness.
• Identify the right supplier base for the sourcing, keeping in mind product handwriting, cost, compliance requirements, and quality and managing vendor capacity.
• Constant follow-up with suppliers to match the product details and material finishing during sampling and ensure production as per approved samples.
• Manage the complete product life cycle, work closely with the product development team and designer, fulfill the client\'s needs, and ensure a better hit rate.
• Responsible for the Weekly critical path of the orders and the sample development tracking chart.
• Monitor and follow up for all the developments to be on time adhering to customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
• Thorough understanding of the Production flow process.
• Close Production TNAs with factories and follow through execution.
• Liaise with factories and quality teams for risk analysis, PPMs, and production processes.
• Travel to factories based on business needs.

• Willing to travel.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Works comfortably under pressure or dealing with ambiguity.
• Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills.
• Experience/ exposure in complex work environments.
• Attention to detail and a sharp bend of mind.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Early joining preferred.
• Education: Graduated/post-graduated with Footwear specialization.
• Experience in a production house for at least 5 years will be preferred.
• Candidates from Delhi-NCR will be preferred.
