Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have between 14 and 20 years of experience and hold a Master's/Post-Graduation degree in M.Tech/M.E with a specialization in Electrical or a relevant field. The role involves leading MEP design efforts for large-scale projects in various sectors including tunnels, railways, metros, roads, highways, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Coordination: Lead and coordinate the MEP design efforts for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring all designs meet the required standards and regulations.
• Project Management: Oversee all MEP design aspects from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and design teams to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all MEP designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and manage quality control procedures to maintain high standards in all MEP engineering designs.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, DIALux, Primavera P6, MATLAB

Key Requirements

• Experience: 14-20 years of experience in MEP design engineering within the infrastructure and real estate sectors.
• Education: Master's/Post-Graduation degree in M.Tech/M.E with specialization in Electrical or a relevant field.
• Project Experience: Proven track record of managing and delivering MEP design projects for tunnels, railways, metros, roads, highways, and real estate.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of MEP systems design and integration, with hands-on experience in using industry-standard software tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
