Microservices platform team is developing the best-of-breed container orchestration platform with Kubernetes and many more CNCF projects that will be instrumental in building the data centers of the future.Your Role

• Working knowledge of containers, microservices and cloud native architecture
• Strong knowledge of Distributed Systems
• Networking fundamentals
• GoLang or Python
• Good software development practices: should thrive in an environment of rapid development, peer code reviews, and write good functional/unit tests
• System design experience

Nice to have:

• Network Services xe2x80x93 CNI plugins, Load-Balancers, Security, QOS, etc.
• Experience working in virtual machines and distributed systems.
• Experience in AWS, Google and Azure Cloud ecosystems
• Knowledge of container observability stack

What You Will Bring

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 6-12 years of experience with distributed systems and client-server architectures.
• Knowledge of building micro-service-based applications.
• Hands-on development in Golang Programming
• Strong development experience on Linux/Unix OS platform
• Hands-on experience working with version control / DevOps tools xe2x80x93 Git, Gerrit, or Jenkins Good to have
• Working knowledge of Data Protection technologies like Disaster Recovery and Backup.
• Experience developing software for containerized platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience with working with applications within hyperscalers including AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes Custom Resource and controller development.

Work ArrangementHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence.
