: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and engineering, with a focus on innovative structures such as glamping units and prefabricated homes. This role involves collaborating with architects, designers, and other engineers to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring functionality, safety, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems for glamping structures and prefabricated homes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, designers, and construction professionals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate design options and performance.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Perform testing and validation of prototypes to ensure quality and functionality.
• Identify and implement innovative materials and technologies for sustainable design solutions.
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing and installation processes.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in the construction or housing industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks and scripting on solidworks). This is very important
• Experience with structural analysis and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and materials.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in design for manufacturing (DFM) to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
• Experience in designing wood and metal structures.
• Familiarity with prefabricated construction techniques.
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems and energy-efficient design.
• Knowledge of project management software and methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
