Pilon Engineering Pvt Ltd, an EPC turnkey projects company in the field of research and development for Oil & Gas/ Refineries/ pharma/ specialty Chemicals/ Research labs of PSU/ Govt.

We are looking for experienced Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer with 5+ years or Sr. Draftsman with 8+ years of experience in process equipment design, skid mounted packages, EPC environmentPrimary Responsibilities :

• Should have practical knowledge to detail Process Equipments like high pressure temperature reactors, pressure vessels, agitated tanks, heat exchangers, condensers their detailing and fabrication drawings
• Knowledge of agitator design, shaft blades selections, motor/ gearbox selections etc
• Should demonstrate knowledge on ASME standards/ TEMA/ ASTM specs and must have hands on experience of minimum 5 years
• Should have knowledge of detailing Drafting Mechanical & Piping Layout for skid mounted epc projects
• Should understand P&ID , instruments, piping/ tubing activities and must design on his own in projects
• knowledge of AutoCAD/ Solidworks is must and should have minimum 5 years of experience working in to similar domain
• Skid mounted system GA Layout Preparation
• Ability to co-ordinate between cross functional teams and project related people.
• Project based EPC Experience is must
• Daily routine jobs will involve detailing of process equipments, structural detailing, piping/ tubing routings and inter department coordination to expedite projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?75,000.00 per month
