We are looking for a Senior Marketing Reporting and Analytics Manager with a passion for data-driven decision-making to spearhead our marketing analytics and reporting functions. This role is crucial in unifying customer, product, sales, and marketing data to derive insights that will fuel our marketing strategies and automation platforms.
You will be responsible for delivering actionable intelligence to our board, management, and execution teams, crafting compelling data narratives, and developing robust campaign reporting and marketing attribution frameworks. You will have the autonomy to explore new methodologies, tools, and approaches to enhance our analytics capabilities and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and strategy through data-driven insights.
The Senior Marketing Reporting and Analytics Manager will report to the Director, Marketing Operations.
You will also:
• Build a Go-to-market (GTM) reporting framework for marketing that spans management and optimization level reporting across all segments, products, and channels.
• Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to track B2B SaaS funnel performance, integrating data from Salesforce and other platforms.
• Innovate and implement marketing attribution models and campaign reporting to assess performance and ROI.
• Unify customer and product data to identify triggers for marketing automation and customer engagement strategies.
• Generate board-level reports showcasing market trends, customer behavior, and directional insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
• Lead the design and execution of A/B testing frameworks and analyze results to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices in analytics and reporting within the marketing domain and across the commercial go-to market.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing reporting and, marketing analytics in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Expert in full-funnel Marketing and RevOps reporting g including campaign, channel, pipeline, bookings and attribution modeling for both PLG and enterprise motions
• Expert in leveraging data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, Domo, etc. including SQL/python
• Expert in leveraging Salesforce, data warehouses, and ETL frameworks for data for reporting
• Excellent understanding of marketing automation platforms and integration with analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills with a proven record of accomplishment of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to construct data models for reporting and analytics tools.
