You will build trusted relationships with our customers to understand their needs to help us deliver effective communications. You will collaborate with product teams and partner with sales to understand the impact of market-trends for our business.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing an annual strategic and field marketing plan focused on meeting our business objectives.Execute on GTM plans for the region aligning sales, product and customer success team for revenue growthBuilding integrated marketing programs such as events, content marketing campaigns, digital advertising, email campaigns, customer communications.Delivering customer-facing elements of product launch plans, working with colleagues across departments.Ensuring optimal allocation of assigned marketing budget and ensure an effective spend of the budget against targets for the region.Creating messaging and assets to empower our sales colleagues such as value stories, presentation decks and product collateral.Executing promotional campaigns through different channels, like events, social, and digital with focus on ROI reporting through metrics on customer engagement, Marketing-Qualified-Leads, and marketing contributing to new revenue.Networking with local press agents to ensure corporate news is properly circulated to the media aligned with the corporate programs.RequirementsHave prior experience in field marketing with focus on revenue marketing and B2B digital marketing and/or product marketing.Prior team Management experience is required.Demonstrate excellent project management skills across multiple time-sensitive projectsAnalytical skills and experience in taking data and/or evidence-based decisions to marketing activitiesHave the ability to work on one\'s own and on a team within a complex matrix organizationBe comfortable working in Agile and fast faced environments with excellent communication and presentation skillsPossess creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt with changing prioritiesWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
