Job Title Senior Marketing Manager, APAC Tenant Representation - Gurugram/Bangalore/Mumbai Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketer to spearhead the growth of our APAC Tenant Representation business.Our APAC TR business line specializes in providing comprehensive Tenant Representation services to businesses across Asia Pacific. As part of our strategic expansion initiative, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketer to spearhead the growth of this service line as it enters into its 2nd year.As a B2B Marketer for Tenant Representation services in Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth within the target market. The role requires a keen understanding of B2B marketing strategies, real estate industry dynamics, and a track record of successful regional expansionPosition Title : Marketing Manager, Tenant Representation APACReports to : Senior Marketing Manager, APACLocation : IndiaPOSITION OVERVIEWCushman & Wakefield has set up APAC Tenant Representation platform to turbo charge tenant representation growth in APAC by adding an integrated team of sales & client coverage roles in key CRE hots spots across US & APAC.This position is dedicated to the marketing, communications & business development our APAC Tenant Representation business. The role will focus on building marketing and sales collaterals, thought leadership materials, client targeting strategies, cross sell opportunities and programs, internal and external communications, and external marketing campaigns to differentiate our expertise and demonstrate the value proposition to the business and to clients.This role will be critical to positioning these services internally and externally, working with the business to commercialise the opportunity, with a strong focus on client retention and client acquisition through lead generation. The role will work with our existing marketing + communications team, particularly the regional practice groups, across Asia Pacific to co-ordinate and build an efficient go-to-market program that improve the client experience and business outcomes.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESProvide 7 \xe2\x80\x93 10 Principal Responsibilities

  • with vertical and COE marketing leads to collaborate, mentor and provide strategic advice to ensure delivery of marketing plans, goals and objectives
  • all major regional campaigns inclcampaignriodic and signature thought leadership pieces, including strategic advice for paid digital campaigns, Marketing Cloud activations and website builds transaction related activities
  • Create and implement marketing, communications and business development plans for the APAC TR group, working with the APAC marketing team to execute
  • Support the development and roll out of cross-sell programs to ensure our sales teams are leveraging the Cushman & Wakefield platform
  • Partner with research to develop first-to-market thought leadership and insights to position our APAC TR services
  • Create brand visibility for APAC TR across Asia Pacific through content generation, PR, client events, industry partnerships and client engagement programs
  • Build integrated marketing campaigns across that create leads and revenue opportunities for the business, with a focus on client nurture, follow up post campaign
  • Work with the service lines to create a go-to-market strategies for key sales initiatives targeting new sectors (e.g. Startups)
  • Build and execute an integrated internal communications program to demonstrate the value proposition of the APAC TR team to the broader business
KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIESProvide 5 \xe2\x80\x93 7 key skills critical for success
  • Strong marketing and business development skills, with a proven track record in supporting revenue generation
  • Strong strategic thinking and proactivity to succeed in gaining buy-in and change from the business
  • Creative strategic thinking to drive innovation and implementation of change
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects with often tight deadlines and many stakeholders
  • Influencing skills across geographies to deliver consistency across APAC
  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral, ideally with experience working across multiple countries
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEProvide demonstrated background experience, minimum amount of education required, legally required qualifications or licenses
  • 10+ years of strategic B2B marketing experience
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Property background preferred
  • B2B business background preferred
  • Experience using platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hootsuite and Sitecore preferred
  • A real interest in mastering new systems and processes, and developing new ones where needed
  • Data and Analytics knowledge and strategic insight experience
