Manager MarketingExperience: 5-7 years (from manufacturing companies only)Location: Corporate Road, AhmedabadQualification: Bachelors in Engineering & MBA in MarketingSalary: 8 to 10 lacs per annumOffice time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days) -This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role involves overseeing all marketing activities, sales planning, coordination of sales data, and supporting sales. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts with business objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Collaterals

  • Develop and manage Offline and digital marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, catalogs, newsletters, and business cards.
  • Ensure consistency in Branding and Marketing communications, across all campaigns.
2. Event Marketing
  • Plan and execute Dealers meet, technical Events, Corporate events, trade shows, product launches, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
  • Create engaging event experiences to connect with target customers and generate leads.
  • Drive networking opportunities and measure ROI from marketing events.
3. Social Media Marketing
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and customer engagement.
  • Manage content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking across social media platforms.
  • Align social media efforts with sales goals to support business growth.
  • Maintain and update Website timely and drive SEO related activities.
4. Public Relations (PR) Marketing
  • Develop and execute PR campaigns to build brand credibility and trust among stakeholders.
  • Manage media relations, press releases, and crisis communication to maintain a positive public image.
  • Partner with media and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
5. Channel Marketing
  • Develop marketing strategies to expand market reach through distribution and sales channels.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to create co-branded marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize brand awareness and customer acquisition.
6. Market Research & Feedback
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market insights to refine marketing and sales plans.
  • Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to improve marketing campaigns and customer experience.
7. Sales Planning & Coordination
  • Assist in sales forecasting, target setting, and strategic sales planning in alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide analytical insights on sales performance, customer trends, and market opportunities.
8. Coordination of Sales Data & Sales Support
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize sales reporting and improve data accuracy.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to align marketing campaigns with sales initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support head office in sales performance analysis, customer engagement strategies, and lead generation.
