We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and executing marketing strategies, managing client services, and creating professional proposals. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, leadership abilities, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver excellent service while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Drive campaigns to enhance brand positioning and achieve business objectives.
Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytical tools.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve ROI targets.
Client Service Delivery:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and deliver projects on time.
• Address client queries and provide timely solutions to maintain strong relationships.
Proposal Writing:
• Create professional, visually appealing proposals using Canva and other tools.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to tailor proposals for prospective clients.
• Ensure proposals align with the company's branding and effectively communicate value propositions.
Content and Communication:
• Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, and the website.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and other marketing assets.
Market Research:
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Gather insights to refine marketing strategies and identify potential growth areas.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
• Work closely with sales, design, and product teams for cohesive strategies.
• Assist in training team members on marketing tools and best practices.
Performance Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Present insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.).
• Experience with Canva for proposal writing and visual content creation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Client service delivery experience with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
