We seek an experienced marketing professional for a Project Management role in New Delhi, India. You will be well suited to this role if you have diverse marketing experience and expertise working in an agency or marketing enterprise function or sales enablement role. You understand marketing production and how to make marketing projects flow effortlessly. Project management skills are critical for your success, but are secondary to your understanding of marketing audiences, business process, and common asset types. You have experience in managing production of content for digital channels. In this role you will report to the Project Management Lead within Marketing Transformation & Operations and be responsible for managing the overall execution of multiple active projects with large cross-functional teams to ensure that they meet business goals and requirements. You will work closely with partners across the Marketing & Communications team, which includes portfolio and product marketers, writers, designers, digital marketers, events team, corporate communications and others. You will project-manage integrated marketing and communications projects and tasks with a high degree of autonomy by 1) overseeing the marketing project production process, 2) leveraging processes and tool/s expertise to ensure all milestones and requirements are met and 3) using proactive collaboration and influence to resolve bottlenecks and risks. Key responsibilities include: Project / Production Management - Meticulously monitor & orchestrate high-priority marketing program / project deliverables utilizing Marketing & Communication\'s project management system & standard processes, helping partners across the project lifecycle ensure efficient project delivery to business stakeholders (on time & on quality) Communication & Relationship Management - Serve as a mediator among project team members. Ensure deadlines are communicated and met. Manage program / project communication. Coordinate and lead marketing production meetings. Proactively assess production schedule to ensure projects are correctly scoped, have adequate content and direction, and are properly aligned to business goals. Ensure suitable status reporting for allocated assignments. Marketing Process Management - Ensure thorough clarity on marketing project types & related processes, and consistently drive compliance during execution while also identifying & recommending improvements. Internal Initiatives & Go-to-market Programs - Support project / program management for both go-to-market campaigns and other internal transformation / change initiatives.
