• You'll provide detailed competitive analysis, identifying market trends, pricing models, sales strategies, and operational methods.
• You'll stay fully informed on market trends, competitor activities, and implement best practices.
• You'll create and monitor a variety of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience as a market research analyst in a structural engineering or Engineering firm.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in writing detailed market intelligence reports.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in lead generation.
• Strong MS Office skills.

• Experience in related fields such as construction, sustainability, or infrastructure.
• Experience with LinkedIn B2B lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and operations.
• Experience working with international markets, especially the US.
• Knowledge of social media automation tools.
