Coordinating with various stakeholders, managing timelines, handling risks & issues
Work closely with cross functional teams, including Application, management, Network & DCC to ensure successful migration
Act as the primary liaison between the VF local market and Data Center consolidation teams
Enegage with customer to understand the gaps and prioritize capabilities with engineering
Ensuring that the migration complies with Vodafone standards and regulatory requirements
Prepare and Maintaining Solution/delivery documentation
Define Key performance indicator (KPI) and establish and execute on plans for improving those KPI\'s
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues at CIO level
Prepare and contribute to high quality executive review
