Description Ability to lead a team of more junior developers/QA\'s. Scrum masters/teach leads (20 to 50) Proven working experience in translating architecture requirements into software specifications Good people management skills Exposure to lead DevOps or Agile (Scrum) delivery teams Excellent Java development skills Proven working experience in implementing services based on Java Frameworks: Spring Boot..
