• Strong background on React.js, Node.js , C# /Javaxe2x80x8b
• Strong Hanson on AWS cloudxe2x80x8b
• Experience with Jenkins, Maven, GitHub/Gitlabxe2x80x8b
• Excellent communication skillsxe2x80x8b
• Problem solving and innovation abilitiesxe2x80x8b
• Team manage experience of size 10+xe2x80x8b

• Proven experience as Scrum master using Agile Methodologies.xe2x80x8b
• Deep Knowledge and expertise working in agile teamsxe2x80x8b
• Excellent Experience in creating Burn down charts, backlog maps etc.xe2x80x8b
• Excellent Experience in continuous delivery processes and toolsxe2x80x8b
• Ability to coach developers, testers and DevOPS engineers.xe2x80x8b

Good to have skills:

• Enforces the scrum process and makes sure that daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives are executedxe2x80x8b
• Helping the scrum team to avoid or remove impediments to their progress, whether internal or external to the teamxe2x80x8b
• Coaching the team, within the scrum principles, in order to deliver quality valuable features for their productxe2x80x8b
• Focusses upon the supervision of a team, who perform development, testing and DevOPS activitiesxe2x80x8b
• Ensures on time, best quality and secure delivery xe2x80x8b
• Communicate with multiple teams and stakeholdersxe2x80x8b
• Ensures delivery KPIs are delivered as per agreementxe2x80x8b
• Algins team goals with organisation goal and work towards betterment of team as well the deliveryxe2x80x8b
• Solution designing HLD creating, Code reviews Individual contribution on delivery . 80% work on the technology and 20% scrum and people management. xe2x80x8b
