Role purpose:- To perform a RAN Operations Management role within the UK Mobile Access Operations (MAO) team responsible for supporting the UK radio network and its end-to-end ecosystem. You will: Responsible for supporting the acceptance of sites, from build completion through to Operational Acceptance, ensuring the acceptance process and associated KPI\'s are adhered to, and reporting is accurate. Support the team to deliver high levels of RAN network availability and performance, tracking and resolving COOS, complex faults, repeat faults and network trends Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, solving problems through development of processes and tools. Core competencies, knowledge and experience : - Excellent understanding of Vodafone radio network, ecosystem and tools Experience in supporting an operational function, managing multiple priorities and deliverables Demonstratable experience working across multiple operational teams in the context of delivery or support. Key accountabilities and decision ownership Responsible for achieving, governing and reporting acceptance process KPI\'s.
