Senior Manager - Provident Fund & ESIC_15+ Years_MumbaiLooking for a professional with 15+ years of experience who can advise government bodies ( RPFC, CPFC, Labour Commissioners) , HR operations, Legal and Employee Relations function on effective administration of retirement benefits.Location :- Mumbai - (need to visit EPFO at Bandra regularly)Your Future Employer:-Company is a Fortune 500 US multinational professional services company headquartered in Dublin, specializing in information technology services and consulting.Roles and responsibilities: -Advisory Role: PF and ESIC Act Interpretation and Compliance:

• Assessment & Interpretation of PF & ESIC Law amendments and their impact on business

Influencing & Strengthen relationship RPFC, CPFC on issues requiring attention/ faster resolution:

• Day to day liaison with RPFC & CPFC to resolve issues. Engage Regional and Central PF Commissioner on key decisions, Track closure of issues and reporting.

Leadership Direction to PF Operations team:

• Provide leadership to PF Operations team on day-to-day operations of PF & ESIC Administration.

Due diligence of Statutory Compliance for all Mergers & Acquisitions:

• Statutory Compliance Due Diligence on all Mergers & Acquisitions

Requirements :

• Education qualification:- M. Com, MSW, MBA, LLB
• End to end knowledge of Provident Fund legislation and compliance requirements.
• Well versed in managing PF operations and liasioning at PF Office.
• Well versed with EPFO Portal functionality i.e. managing requirements, transactions, compliance Other Skills
• Executive Presence to work with Leadership- Internal and externa; (RPFC, CPFC Commissioner and Labour Secretary)
• Adept in liasioning and getting work done with Govt official and interacting with internal stakeholders in proactively identifying potential risk areas and resolving/flagging it.
