• Overseeing the end-to-end Order to Cash operations
• Driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Leading a team to ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and cash application
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize OTC processes
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of OTC operations
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 18 years of experience in Order to Cash operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
