Job Responsibility Manage workflow queues to achieve agreed KPIs. Manage Service delivery orders to achieve agreed KPIs and SLAs Ensure the delivery of customer products and services in accordance with the Technology Enterprise Services business plan. Handle MACs and RQs of customer products and services in accordance with the Technology Enterprise Services business plan. Handle escalations in accordance with the Technology Enterprise Services business plan Provisioning customer circuits to the various networks elements Vodafone use, ie Juniper, Huawei ,Extreme, Ciena etc Providing support to internal staff and field technicians Providing support to external customers either managed planned/unplanned Keeping up to date with products/services that will involve Technology Enterprise Services Participate in after-hours work based on customer/project needs Manage fault tickets to achieve agreed KPI\'s Skills Business or equivalent qualifications, profound technical and commercial knowledge At least four years operational experience Ability to succeed in a matrix environment Technical understanding of telecommunication networking environment, systems and products Working with different cultures and teams within and outside the business People skills are a must, especially a proven track record of managing across own resources, shared service centre resources and outsourced staff are key _VOIS Equal Opportunity Employer Commitment India: _VO IS is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
