Position Summary: This role requires the incumbent to partner with various internal teams to drive organization level strategic initiatives and programs for Corporate Functions-Data Analytics capability. Needs to drive portfolio expansion and portfolio integration. Additionally, support the strategic and tactical objectives in support of portfolio expansion and integration. Work as per policies and procedures for project management methodology requirements. The individual works with stakeholders across MetLife GOSC centers (Hyderabad, Noida and Jaipur) to ensure alignment on DnA Hyderabad strategic priorities, seek/provide inputs for running DnA Hyderabad- monthly status reports, quarterly site reviews and steering committee reviews to be presented to GOSC Sr. Management and /or DnA Senior Management. Lead periodic or need basis discussions and reviews with enabling functions such as HR/talent acquisition and engagement, finance, facilities, governance, legal, risk and IT to ensure progress against portfolio expansion/integration. This position will act as a liaison between DnA Hyderabad site, enabling functions within GOSC Data and Analytics India Ops integration role: integrate DnA operations in India. The position will have dual reporting to DnA Hyderabad Site Lead, Corporate Functions: Strategy & Solutions Lead. The role provides an opportunity to demonstrate strategic thinking, agility/operational execution and management skills, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and stakeholder alignment skills Job Responsibilities: Hyderabad Site S&S Role: Ensure processes (involving operations) at Hyderabad are institutionalized in a manner consistent with processes @ GOSC Corporate Functions. Perform value added analyses to generate management information, and help improve processes Review/generate reports to monitor performance Develop efficient and effective reporting processes Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards Manage partner/stakeholder visits Manage DnA-Hyderabad/GOSC budgets/invoicing/actuals along with other partners/points of contacts Manage site budgets - team budget, governance team budget, conferences, and another events budget Lead and drive communications through Yammer & other available channels Responsible for planning, tracking, enabling execution & communicating progress against key focus areas of DnA Hyderabad - Talent acquisition, onboarding, training, finance, facilities, IT, senior management reporting follow-ups/alignment with partners across various functions at GOSC Run DnA Hyderabad BR (Quarterly) chaired by GOSC CF leader Effectively manage research/resolution/follow-ups for closure of open items. Work with CF- S&S team, DnA Hyderabad leadership team to contribute to drive consolidating artefacts such as status reports, site updates, Data and Analytics capability show case, case studies across multiple functional/geographical teams For the \'data and analytics\' India integration role Develop/refine and execute roadmap to integrate DnA operations within India Run \'DnA India\' operations review chaired by GOSC CF leader, CF S&S Lead and DnA India operating leaders Execute as per roadmap to integrate DnA talent across GOSC centers: participation of members in Global and India level forums such as DnA All Hands, DnA Senior Leaders staff connects, India level L1/L2 forums, mobilizing teams to develop capabilities, case studies in consistent fashion bring efficiencies by standardizing operational processes such as demand fulfillment/staff allocation, billing/invoicing in line with Enterprise/Finance/HR/Global DnA standards and processes Define/design success criteria, measure/publish progress, and refine /define roadmap to meet the objective \'one DnA India\' For both roles- \'white spaces\'/opportunities to improve productivity, to positively energize the environment exist Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelors in any discipline from leading/recognized institutes PMP/Prince2, Scrum / Agile, SAFe project management certification Proficient in MS Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio 12-15+ years of experience in operations and project management in large enterprises with operations across countries/different time zones/matrix structures PMO Support, Consulting, Business Process/Techology Off-shoring, Financial Institutions, Insurance industry Experience on PMO Support & Project Management will be mandatory Should have 8-10 years of customer management experience (pref US) Strong Program & Project Management skills Self-starter who is innovative with solutions, and able to provide leadership. Self-initiated, drive and zeal for continuous improvement Ability to lead and work in a cross-cultural environment Strong logical and conceptual skills, to give a comprehensive argument on why results are appropriate. Proven ability to collaborate with other areas, including IT, Governance, Training, etc. Works well under pressure and within time constraints to effectively accomplish individual and team objectives. Complex problem-solving ability, identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses with timely & accurately delivery Excellent ability to interpret data and generate business insights to provide support or develop recommendations. Excellent ability to own the outcome - present findings to senior stakeholders, support execution of business plans Ability to exercise judgment to make decisions for less defined issues and selects methods and techniques for obtaining solutions Excellent understanding of strategy and business transformation frameworks and methods Ability to continuously learn new methods and best practices Understand best in class operations models that benchmark superior delivery levels on global assignments Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a pre-requisite for this role Must be a team player and good people person Must have worked with global MetLife clients in any type of engagement for at least 4-5 months Good hands-on experience on MS office Strong influencing and Interpersonal skills
