Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies. The companys technology hub, the Inspire Global Innovation Center in Hyderabad, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Global Innovation Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy. Inspire Global Innovation Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.



The Restaurant Technology NOC Sr Manager will be responsible for managing a team of engineers overseeing 24x7x365 NOC Operations. Owns all aspects of Infrastructure and application monitoring, managing, reporting and escalation. Collaborate with development teams to define architecture, optimize performance, and right-size environments. The NOC Sr Manager will ensure that all processes and procedures follow ITSM guidelines, are documented and reviewed on a regular basis. This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, establishing service level agreements that align with business.

• Manage an operations team and 3rd parties that monitor and manage various disparate systems, infrastructure, applications and services
• Ensure that the NOC has adequate shift coverage 24x7x365
• Determine restoration priority sequencing
• Provide updates to leadership in high priority outages
• Participate and lead post mortem after outages and ensure RCA is documented
• Participate in regular change management process for situational awareness
• Identify chronic issues for escalation to problem management
• Develop and maintain measurable infrastructure health and performance metrics; Assess network/application performance to ensure that it meets the present and future needs of the business. Provide infrastructure/application/hosting planning recommendations to senior management
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
• Guide all activities associated with infrastructure performance and reliability including capacity planning, trends, and application performance
• Design infrastructure for high reliability and availability
• Collaborate with Information Security teams for security events/issues
• Manage, mentor, and grow the existing team of DevOps and Infrastructure Engineers who support the cloud platforms, applications and services
• Oversee vendor selection processes and vendor and contract management related to NOC
• Ability to work with senior management on communicating complex information and/or development information
• Strong experience with POS and Back Office restaurant product solutions
• Strong experience with building DR and HA capabilities for the infrastructure platforms
• Experience leading an operations center in a high stress, multi-tasking environment
• Solid knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management practices
• Deep knowledge of continuous integration and configuration management tools such as AWS Cloud-Watch, DataDog, Manage-Engine, Splunk, New-Relic, Logic-Monitor, Zenoss, Solar-Winds products and services
• Strong experience managing AWS infrastructure such as: Cloud-Formation, EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM and Route53
• Knowledge of all aspects of enterprise architecture, network/security design patterns/solutions
• Exposure to multiple, diverse business systems, technologies and processing environments
• Proven record of managing medium to large size DevOps engineering team(s)
• Serve as tactical relationship manager between DevOps teams and vendor support teams
• Recent Network or DevOps experience within the QSR or Retail industry
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
