What will you do:

• Develop and manage large-scale search and social media campaigns with a focus on achieving high ROI.

• Handle campaigns with budgets exceeding one crore, ensuring maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of optimization processes to enhance campaign performance across various platforms.

• Leverage exposure to international search markets to implement best practices and innovative strategies.

• Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ongoing efforts.

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in search and social media marketing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and strategies.

• Mentor and lead a team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Extensive experience in managing search and social media campaigns with a successful track record.

• Ability to handle large-scale budgets and deliver strong ROI.

• In-depth knowledge of optimization processes in digital marketing.

• Experience with international search campaigns is a significant advantage.

• Prior experience in the BFSI sector is desirable but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
