With more than 14,500 employees, _VOIS India supports global markets and group functions of Vodafone, and delivers best-in-class customer experience through multi-functional services in the areas of Information Technology, Networks, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Digital Business Solutions (Robotics & AI), Commercial Operations (Consumer & Business), Intelligent Operations, Finance Operations, Supply Chain Operations and HR Operations and more.Roles and Responsibilities:Must have the following to qualify for this position:At least 12+ years of experience in IT industryExcellent experience of direct engagement with senior stakeholders and teams, especially globalExcellent thinking and communication skills - verbal, written, and especially PowerPoint presentationDesirable: Extensive data collection, analysis, and presentation skills with excellent experience in data analysis using MS-Excel and PowerBIAccountabilities:Define/understand the scope, objectives, and targets of the SecuRED program every yearResponsible for delivery to the SecuRED Programme Manager of assigned aspects of programmes:Ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, informed and as necessary, delivering to agreed scheduleDefine and build plans for programme deliveries - collaborating as needed with broad stakeholdersEnsuring all relevant data is defined, collected, and processed to measure progress (key performance and risk indicators) and inform relevant decision makingIdentify, report, analyse and support mitigation of delivery risks and issuesProactively seek opportunities to automate and streamline data management and reporting to reduce manual effortEnd-to-end development and maintenance of data such as Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) across various Cyber Security technologies and processes;Develop briefing collateral for strategic, tactical, and operational data-centric reporting_VOIS Equal Opportunity Employer Commitment India:_VOIS is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
