Apply Now!The positionAs an Sr Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the organization\'s IAM (Identity Access Management) program. You will be leading a team of IAM professionals and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the effective protection of digital identities and access to organizational resources. Your responsibility includes ensuring global scalability of solutions and understands the importance of involving various global stakeholders. Some of your key responsibilities are:

  • Providing strategic direction and leadership in the design and implementation of IAM initiatives aligned with the organization\'s goals and industry best practices. You will have the complete responsibility of managing systems within the Global IAM function, i.e. all aspects of maintaining, operating and further developing these systems, including budget responsibility of staff and systems and related platform management.
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of IAM professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and integrity of digital identities and access controls.
  • Managing the lifecycle of digital identities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access rights management across various systems and platforms. Implementing and maintaining access controls, entitlements, and role-based access. Evaluate, select, and oversee the implementation of IAM technologies such as identity governance, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management PAM).
  • Identify and mitigate IAM-related security risks, ensure IAM practices align with relevant regulatory requirements. You shall collaborate with vendors and external partners to assess and procure IAM solutions and services as needed.
Qualifications
  • Master\'s or bachelor\'s degree in IT, information security, or another relevant field.
  • 15+ years of experience into IT industry or equivalent. 10+ years of experience with senior stakeholder management. 5+ years\' experience in Senior Leadership roles.
  • 10+ years of expertise in ITIL and IT system and service management (ITSM). 10+ years of experience in participating in projects and transitioning IT products from project to operation.
  • 10+ years of experience into pharmaceutical or other regulated industries is preferred. 5+ years of experience in IT/Information Security.
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices, including experience with IAM platforms, directory services, and identity governance solutions.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work in a global team. High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent writing, verbal, presentation, communication, and consensus building skills. Must have high cultural sensitivity and ability to work across cultures. Passion for excellence with a concise, precise, and effective approach to problem solving and decision making.
