Sr Manager/GM Sales
- At least 15 years industry experience in the Pharmaceutical / Agrochemical industry of which atleast 10 years of commercial experience in marketing and sales in the Specialty Chemicals industry, across user segments/industries catering to Pharma / Agrochem
- Experience in selling Intermediates, KSM, Fine Chemicals, Spec Chem and Solvents in both Pharma and Agrochemical Space.
- Strong track record within technical, marketing and sales functions; intercultural experience of advantage.
- Fluent in business English; Fluent in Hindi
- Worked in a Pharmaceutical and / or Agrochemical Industry. Worked with other Pharma / Agrochem Distributors . Close contact with R&D scientists, worked with Foreign suppliers and understands their expectations.
- Candidates should have broad knowledge of API / Actives Business (Both Solid & Liquids) and contacts with the Pharmaceutical / Agrochem Companies located in Maharashtra, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gujarat, NCR, Baddi, Jammu and Punjab etc.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Growth strategy: Develop and implement sales & marketing strategy and deliver CAGR growth
- Meet budget objectives by managing customer, product mix, pricing and cost
- Develop and implement GtM strategy
- Receivables Management
- Represent IMKEMEX in key industry meetings and conferences to promote products / develop pipeline
Margin Delivery:
- Delivery of Distribution margins and Indent commissions
- Price governance
Processes:
- Sales planning and forecasting per Principal and business needs
