Here, you\'ll discover the rigor it takes to make a difference and the fulfillment that comes with living the #NetworkLife.We are seeking a S4HANA experienced Functional Manager with thorough knowledge in SAP FICO who will strategically drive and lead the Record to Report team.What you\'ll be doing...As a SAP Senior Manager in IT Corporate Systems group, you will be responsible for SAP Finance - Record to report (GL, In House cash, ICMR, Group Reporting) to drive and lead all aspects of strategic and transformation initiatives in 1ERP S4HANA and to deliver the enhancements in the form of Change Requests. 1ERP is a multi-year program to consolidate various ERP platforms into a single ERP platform to drive efficiencies. The primary function of this role is intended to take a broad-based view of business processes across core functional domain for both US and global business entities. You will make sure that the team delivers best in class out of box capabilities through planning, analysis, design and leading the Delivery. These will be enterprise-wide business processes centered on SAP S/4 HANA ERP platform and spanning across other SAP and non-SAP systems.This role will interface with Business partners, System integration Delivery Leads, and SAP Technical managers in order to fulfill the stated primary goal. Should have experience in handling, guiding and leading the team in the following technical aspects of delivery\xe2\x97\x8f Gathering preparation, Configuration, Prepare Test Scenarios and Test Scripts.\xe2\x97\x8f Preparing Functional Specifications, cutover strategies and issue resolution post Go Live.\xe2\x97\x8f Creating and tracking SAP OSS notes and working with SAP to resolve issues.\xe2\x97\x8f Preparing reports and training materials, training personnel, and delivering presentations.\xe2\x97\x8f Implementing SAP Best Practices Business Processes, Global templates, and configuration of these Best Practices.\xe2\x97\x8f Identifying as-is processes and to-be processes and Map Business Processes in SAP S/4 Hana SystemWhere you\'ll be working\xe2\x80\xa6In this hybrid role, you\'ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your supervisor.What we\'re looking for...You will need to have:\xe2\x97\x8f Masters degree in Commerce/MBA Finance / Chartered Accountant and Six or more years of relevant work experience.\xe2\x97\x8f Six or more years of relevant work experience in SAP FI-GL\xe2\x97\x8f Experience working closely with SAP Finance Process owners.\xe2\x97\x8f Experience working on at least 3 full life cycle implementation projects including at least 2 Implementation experience in S/4 Hana. Good understanding of Finance business processes at high level and Client Interfacing experience.\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in End-to-End configuration skills in SAP Finance and Record to report on S/4 Hana.\xe2\x97\x8f Experience working on at least two full life cycle implementation projects including at least 1 Implementation experience in S/4 Hana. Good\xe2\x97\x8f Expert knowledge in all aspects in S4HANA GL, In house cash, Cash management, ICMR, FCC/AFC, Group Reporting, Integration of Finance with all other modules.\xe2\x97\x8f Extensive knowledge on Period end closure activities and deeper understanding of all Financial statements and Reporting\xe2\x97\x8f Experience handling boudary systems, understanding the nuances of how the data impacts Record to Report and period end closure.\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge on guiding people on preparation of Functional Specifications, knowledge on enhanced features of S4HANA 2022 and above version\xe2\x97\x8f Have experience in identifying the training needs of business process, S4 HANA technicalities and own the Capability building for Verizon India RTR team to become the strategic partner\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and to handle People management aspects, should have at least 5 years of experience handing the team (team of 8 to 10 ) as a Manager responsible for performance management, career development for the team.\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
