• Responsible for finalization of books of accounts and ensure profitability, cash flow and accounting hygiene are maintained
• Ensure management reportings of Business Plan, Current Forecast and Monthly Business Report with FPY & OTD
• Participate in future strategy, new business models preparation and execution
• Customer credit control and receivable management with proper hygiene, ensure no risk to business
• Ensure compliance with all applicable central guidelines, accounting standards and taxation regulations on-time.
• Oversee financial processes are streamlined for customer on a regular basis.
• Business partnering to Marketing and Sales with regard to marketing spends, Incentives etc.
• Customer credit control and receivable management, ensure no business risk
• Develop a motivated and competent team and succession planning
• Liaison with global teams to ensure regional view is well represented

QualificationsChartered Accountant (CA)/Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)Additional Information

• 10+ years of post qualification experience with 5+ years of experience in business controlling and reporting.
• 5+ years of customer handling experience is desirable.
• Proficient in leading a large and diverse team
• Proficient in Customer centricity and business acumen
• Competent in IT tools, SAP ERP and other digital tools with exposure in execution.
• Proficient in financial accounting, reporting and processes.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards (IGAAP, IFRS, Cost Accounting Standards), international transfer, price regulations and GST.
