Review technology and progress.Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum education qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. (Mechanical / Automobile)Minimum experience requirement: 5-10 yearsWorking knowledge requirement:Engine Assly & testing Manufacturing process.Hands On Exposure on Pari Conveyor Systems, ADT cold test benches, FEV Hot test beds, ASRS/AMR Technologies, Apriso Digitization System, BOSCH DC tools & MSNR\xe2\x80\x99s,Sealant Dispensing Systems, Vision Systems, Robots, Siemens Based Control Systems.Exposure to Engine Systems Like Crank Case, Head, Crank Shaft, Cooling Systems, Oil Circuits, Combustion Systems, Fuel Systems, EMS Systems Etc.Quality Tools and its application like CMM, QDAS, Data monitoring and analysis , Problem solving tools & techniques such as - Cause- Effect, Control charts, Pareto analysis , Kaizen, QFD , Six Sigma, SPC, MSA ,PFD, Control Plan, WIS, PFMEA,TQM,DWM Etc.People Management / IR issue handling / conflict ManagementMOST understanding, Line Balancing and Work content reductionTPM Principles and applicationIATF 16949 & Quality systemsDupont Safety Standards, HIRA, Safe Work Zone, AIA Preparation & Analysis.Skills & CompetenciesTo be comfortable to own higher responsibility with the ever-evolving industry dynamics and be receptive to changeTo be ready to work in very lean set up and drive a young team delivering aspirational targets everydayNeed to have a leader\xe2\x80\x99s mindset \xe2\x80\x93Ability to motivate the team, Learn from team and lead the team, innovative thinking, communication skills and customer approachDifferentiating quality mindset is the key aspect.
