JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Drafting of Policies & Operating Guidelines for various loan products (Wheels).
- Analysing the market trends / practices and benchmarking of policies with the market.
- Formulation of new policies/products, processes, scorecards and monitoring mechanisms
- Interfacing with Business and Collections team to assess requirements and building solutions and suitable strategy for the deployment of such solutions.
- Analysis of portfolio and ensuring portfolio monitoring, trigger reviews and delinquency control
