Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans aligning with company objectives.
• Manage, lead, and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Make informed decisions regarding operational activities and set strategic goals for the team.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure financial health and target achievement.
• Facilitate effective communication, both within the team and with external stakeholders, to enhance collaboration and information flow.
• Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and development opportunities where needed.
• Ensure the successful management of projects from conception through to completion, on time and to budget.
