It is also a leader in organic farming and sustainable agriculturePosition: Sr Manager/ AGMExperience : 18 YearsLocation :Haliyal KarnatakaRoles & Responsibility:Incumbent will be playing the role of Second line Engineering function which includes Mechanical and maintenance.
- Ensure Plant performance like downtime, crushing rate, loss in bag etc. Incharge of financial repairs, maintenance cost and capital expenditure proposals.
- carrying out planned preventive maintenance
- Exectue improvement activities
- meeting safety requirements
- handling of contract labour
- Statutory compliances of specified area
- Inventory control
- Manpower training and development
- Experience in the operation & maintenance of the manufacturing equipment/machinery
- To manage the HOD \xe2\x80\x93 Engg workload and help Managing / Organising the function.
