Design, document, implement, and maintain effective procedures and controls over Accounts
Payable and procurement processes while ensuring internal controls are designed and operating
effectively
Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure accurate set-up of new records and
compliance controls for changes to existing records;
Manage all imports and its related payments.
Manage the domestic purchases of the company and ensure accurate accounting in the books.
Manage inventory reconciliations and valuation as per GAAP
Automate inventory valuation in ERP
Partner with the service delivery teams regarding the ongoing vendor/supplier relationships.
Manage invoice workflow process for approvals, timeliness, and accuracy.
Manage month-end accounts payable and close processes to ensure tasks are completed timely
and in accordance with corporate time frames.
Work closely with the accounting team and business partners to answer questions and support
the business.
Assist in quarterly reviews, and periodic audits, year end and stat audit
Requirement:The Ideal Noisemaker:
CA with experience of 7-8 years in Accounts Payable with good understanding of import
purchases
High attention to detail and accuracy
Significant functional competence, and credible leadership experience, playing both operational
and strategic roles in finance.
Proficient MS Office, accounting software and databases
People management experience - hiring, mentoring, building, and managing a team
Ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency
Self-starter - You will take initiative, be proactive, set and drive toward goals
Experience in eCommerce industry
