Job holder is responsible to manage all the activities of Wealth Operations and maintain constant vigil over checks and controls in the processing of Wealth client requests and associated activities and bring out exceptions / gaps in a timely manner in order to remediate and address root causes.
Job holder is responsible monitor & support e2e client experience and also key metrics related to Ops TAT & Accuracy within Wealth Operations and proactively initiate any changes to positively impact these areas and meet stipulated targets.
Strategy
Define operational processing and support models and infrastructure requirements.
Engage in high level and detailed discussions with internal and external stakeholders to understand business and clients needs (including outsourcing plans) in order to develop fit for growth strategies with P&L affordability and build stronger relationships
Identify and implements plans that are aligned to the bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and road map to benchmark operational processes with Industry practice especially with reference to regulations & guidelines, and provide inputs to management on changes to process/operating model, etc. wherever required

Able to manage projects which are assigned time to time and deliver within the time period agreed successfully
Share best practices with Wealth Operations Head with a view to implementing standardized, simplified and automated processes \xe2\x80\x93 capturing data once, addressing cause not effect, minimizing non value-added and duplicated activities, reducing TAT, maximizing paperless processing & deskilling of activities
Build an agile organizational structure, enabling timely adaption to changing market conditions
Proactively lead & manage motivated and committed team through change/transitions

To benchmark operational processes with Industry practice especially with reference to regulations & guidelines and provide inputs to management on changes to process/operating model, etc. wherever required.

Risk Management
To comply with rules and regulations and country policies with respect to Wealth Operations and ensure adequate controls measures are in place for regular monitoring of the same.
Liaise with technical support teams for system related changes, compliance releases, related UATs and UVTs and ensure change management is seamless and smooth.
Review GDOI/GPS/DOI related to Wealth Operations process and align country processes with the same and raise dispensations wherever required.
Manage and have effective control on the Sundry, Suspense and GL accounts with respect to outstanding entries
To act as liaison point for all audits and control reviews within the Wealth Operations space and ensure timely provision of information/data and explanations/responses to internal / external reviewers, auditors, regulators etc.
To effectively engage with Internal controls and Operations risk to identify risk and mitigate them in proactive manner.
