Job Description
Only Candidates with 10+ years of experience apply Only candidates based in Gurugram or willing to relocate apply Conducting extensive due diligence for acquiring companies/properties Drafting collaboration agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Loan Agreements, Banking documents, related party agreement, Joint Development Agreement, Long Term Lease deed etc. Other documents including non- disclosure agreement, memorandum of understanding etc. Contract Management: negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements / documents covering financial, commercial, information technology, HR related contracts Intellectual Property Rights: Protection of all intellectual property rights of the company by registration Identifying the relevant IP of the company post discussions with stakeholder and filing for registration Legal Research: Conducting legal research on various issues and provide advice and legal opinions pertaining to various commercial, business and contractual issues and matters The Successful Applicant You must be an LLB graduate with at-least 10 years of experience, ideally a mix of law firm and in-house. You must have excellent commercial contracting skills and team management skills.
