Leadership opportunity in Private equity valuations based out of Delhi NCRKey Responsibilities

• Enhance transparency in the valuation process by keeping valuation methodologies and assumptions updated.
• Lead the preparation of valuations using various methodologies (DCF, multiple based, income capitalisation etc).
• Co-ordinate external valuation preparation and review as per agreed timelines.
• Drive and ensure that valuation exercise timelines are met for all strategies.
• Work closely with the Fund Ops and Business Processing Team (BPT) on year-end valuation audit closure.
• Work with the BPT and Analytics teams in leading the preparation of valuation related AIM/SAU and LPAC materials (includes playing review role of materials).
• Address valuation related investor queries.
• Develop a bench of junior valuation team members.

• A senior valuation professional with 10-12 years of experience (qualification in accountancy or an MBA a bonus).
• Strong knowledge of valuation principles and methodologies, in particular valuations of infrastructure investments.
• Experience in reviewing valuation models.
• Knowledge of UK / US GAAP & IFRS also preferred.
• Exposure to setting up new processes to controls to facilitate compliance of procedures.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in PowerBI dashboards.
• Good understanding of modelling best practices (excel financial modelling & data modelling)
• The ability to operate in an international team environment.
