### Core Duties/Responsibilities

### The core duties and responsibilities include:

• ### Ultimately accountable to Operations Director EQ India on operational delivery and performance against agreed metrics
• ### Responsible to act as the point of contact for the designated BU based on the location of operation.
• ### Providing Leadership and people management capability to EQ India operations. This will include the effective workforce planning, management of resources and identifying areas for growth as well as effectively managing succession and key person risk.
• ### Facilitate effective communication and coordination to ensure seamless operations across multiple business units.
• ### Relationship management with key stakeholders globally.
• ### Effective project management, review and approval of operational transformation and major functional changes.
• ### Encourage & Nurture best class people practices including a Performance driven approach, Succession Planning & Career Development, Training & Development, D&I & Employee retention.
• ### Ensure effective Risk Management and associated processes are implemented and closely monitored.
• ### Accountable for ensuring operations team meets all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements in line with Group best practice standards.
