Where your purpose accelerates our mission.Title: Sr Mgr, Testing Delivery Services (Hybrid)Location: BangaloreYour RoleAs Sr Mgr, Testing Delivery Services you will provide leadership in developing overall testing capability at Baxter IT landscape. You will own up the tools & tech stack used for testing. You will need to define/modify the testing methodologies & best practices. You will be responsible for leading the testing center of excellence & drive the automation theme forward for testing as a service.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

• Enhancing the testing capabilities, tools, processes & methodologies at Baxter.
• Handling Geographically distributed teams across the globe
• Handling multiple testing projects with diverse requirements
• Providing leadership in furthering the automation capabilities for testing landscape
• Must be a team player & open to collaboration.
• Excellent Written & verbal communication
• Vendor management capabilities
• Excellent presentation skills
• Leverage technology to reduce operational costs
• Engage with Senior Leaders to drive overall testing strategy, provide periodic updates & seek guidance where needed
• Develop/Implement system standards to:

• Lower support costs
• Simplify system support efforts.
• Keep systems up to date with dynamic requirements

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring

• A minimum of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Design, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.

• 15+ years relevant experience in testing, both Manual & automation.
• Well versed with tools such as UFT, Selenium, Appium, ALM
• Basic understanding of Gen AI & it\xe2\x80\x99s use case in testing
• Hands on in managing outside agencies, contractors, and associated budgets.
• Self-starter, resourceful, impeccable work ethics and strong skills with Microsoft applications.
• A passion for improving engineering practices and producing high-quality software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and prioritize internal requests.
• Good team player, able to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities.
