Job Description


The Role Responsibilities

Business

  • Ensure risks / issues are captured for all projects and ensure that any changes to milestone deliverables (scope, due date, etc) have been approved by relevant PWG / PSC / PRC.
  • Mitigation of risks and resolution of issues in a timely manner including developing suitable controls and measuring their effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute activities in relation to Test Scripting, preparation and execution.
  • Implement testing accountability and process consistently across all engagements.
  • Communicate to stakeholders on the Test Status, risks and issue resolution.
  • Prepare the Automation Test Strategy and roadmap for the area.
  • Drive Test Automation within the team and provide mentorship.
  • Comply with QA review audit for all the BC4 / 5 applications.
  • Create Test automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Planning and manage test environments.
  • Procure dispensation on valid cases.
  • Implement standard test reporting.
  • Adopt DevOps in all the projects.
  • Manage and coordinate Testing.
Processes
  • Ensuring no adversely rated test audit, no medium or high risks rated test issues from audit and No expired / overdue risks or actions from audits.
  • Unified / Standardized JIRA, test artefacts, status reports, completion report suite covering e2e test methodology by SDLC.
  • Adoption of model across all domains with appropriate test methodology aligned to each project and evidence.
  • Thorough understanding of the system and data architecture of the underlying product.
  • Marking Daily Time sheet with specific tasks.
  • Adherence to Group Code of Conduct.
  • Mandatory e-Learning completion.
  • Data Leakage Prevention.
  • Enchanting block leave.
People and Talent
  • Ensure SOWs are in place and extensions and terminations of contracts are managed to avoid cost leakage.
  • Reinforce leadership and increasing participation in Leadership and Hi-connect sessions.
  • Investigating on My Voice feedback and improve team engagement.
  • Maintain the right permanent: vendor mix as per the bank\xe2\x80\x99s policy.
  • Adherence to hygiene factors focused from the hub.
  • Ensure Billability for the team.
Risk Management
  • Ensure all the SDF Templates followed on all the Test Deliverables.
  • QA Review / TDA / Internal / External Audit controls should be maintained in central repository
  • Document all the RAID details in the Test Strategy with appropriate Mitigation plan.
Governance
  • Collaborate with other test managers to ensure all testing is completed before Go Live.
  • Ensure regression pack are executed for any changes to the system.
  • Represent testing in PWG and other management meetings.
  • Take a proactive approach save effort and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to drive through initiatives.
  • Ensure Performance Testing for the changes to the system.
  • Deliver projects within cost, schedule and quality.
  • Knowledgeable to prepare estimates for large projects.
  • Prepare Closure report and Quality Gate checklist.
  • Drive initiatives and impress on key stakeholders.
  • Take tough decisions in the interest of project.
  • Creative to resolve challenges during testing.
  • Ensure compliance to UTM and SDF models.
  • Guide Leads and team on testing approach.
  • Create test strategy and Test Schedule.

  • Excellent understanding of Test Strategy, Test Traceability, Test Evidences, and Test Closure Report which form UTM (Unified Test Model) pillars under SCB\xe2\x80\x99s System Delivery Framework
  • On a E2E test ownership role, collaborate with domain test manager to gain support and achieve project objectives
  • Create career path for the team and have succession planning.
  • Experience in SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Jobs creations.
  • Sound knowledge on risk assessment and risk management.
  • Courageous to take tough decisions in the interest of project.
  • Ability to drive initiatives and impress on key stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable to prepare estimates for large projects.
  • Prepare Closure report and Quality Gate checklist.
  • Ability to create test strategy and test schedule.
