- Spares Promotion.
- Retail Network Development.
- Market feedback & benchmarking .
- Training & Manpower Assessment
Field Team xe2x80x93 RCCM, CCM , RSPMM xe2x80x93 Promotion of Parts Retails
CX Team xe2x80x93 Customer complaint resolution,
IT- IT related support & initiativesExternal:Channel Partners xe2x80x93 Sales & Schemes Promotion, Target achievements, process adherence ,Network development ,Training and Manpower Assessment.Desired Candidate Profile
- Education :B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Work Experience : Minimum - 5 years Maximum -10 years.
- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, CRM
- Strategic Thinking- short and long term planning
- Analytical skill xe2x80x93Capability to analyse data, identify trends and proactively takes decisions.
- Comfortable to handle fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Collaboration xe2x80x93 Strong team player.
- Financial Management xe2x80x93 Working capital , P&L statement of CPs
- Negotiation Skills xe2x80x93 Objection Handling
- Sales promotion & Business Development
