With more than 14,500 employees, _VOIS India supports global markets and group functions of Vodafone, and delivers best-in-class customer experience through multi-functional services in the areas of Information Technology, Networks, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Digital Business Solutions (Robotics & AI), Commercial Operations (Consumer & Business), Intelligent Operations, Finance Operations, Supply Chain Operations and HR Operations and more.Job RoleThe Program Manager will provide program management services to the Core Transport Operations Transformation team to help support of delivery of the right tools and systems by responding to the changing needs of the business by:1.Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project tracking plans, monitoring project schedules and reporting to management where projects are being delayed, organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
2.Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings with assigned team members
3.Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
4.Developing frameworks for project delivery, and ensuring projects adhere to them. i.e., pipeline process, delivery framework, risk framework, reporting, etc.
5.Identifying project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
6.Ensuring stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
7.Chairing and facilitating meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all relevant stakeholders.
8.Interfacing for outward functions in relation to project updatesKey accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Establish robust points of interfaces across both Network Operations and IT and Enterprise Services and other Vodafone teams that support
  • Deliver improvements following the Agile methodology with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with management and stakeholders to develop project scope, plan, deliverables, budget and milestones.
  • Identify technical challenges and develop resolutions accordingly
  • Create reporting and benefits management framework
  • Provide analytical support
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Attend regular meetings with entities to align on the status of new and running programmes and projects.
  • Establishing and updating best practices and knowledge management system
  • Takes on a coaching and mentoring role, motivating others and boosting moral.
  • Initiate and influence relationships with and between key stakeholders, external and internal.
  • Produce project/programme stakeholder map, conduct analysis to ensure stakeholder needs are understood and met.
  • Work to improve relations and provide continuing support to open communications with and between stakeholders.
  • Develop long-term IT & Digital strategies and significantly influence the cross-functional project development and delivery processes and standards.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Identify all the risks and issues impacting programmes\' results by effective Risk planning and mitigation.
  • Prepare contingency plans, escalating adequately risks and issues through correct channels
  • Co-ordinate economic evaluation/feasibility for managed projects, and producing business cases
  • Ensure that strategic outcomes expected by the projects/ programme are aligned to benefits realisation plan, and that benefits tracking process is in place and managed effectively. In the event of projects/programme scope changes materialising ensure that financial and investment plans are reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
  • Maintain the business case for funding the project/programme and confirm the continuing business viability of the project at regular intervals.
