Role - Senior Manager - Procurement & Operations Location - Mumbai Job Purpose Responsible for the procurement of Technology/ IT/ Infosec assets and operational requirements, Communication & Marketing elements and Procurement Operations Driving the best of the cost optimization initiates and contributing directly to the P&L Ensuring the Procurement Policies, Processes and Best Practices are complied Ensuring automation of processes, efficiencies, timely reviews and reporting Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Timely purchase of Tech/IT/Infosec assets and operational requirements, Communication and marketing elements Apply best of the procurement strategies/tactics/ methods. Best of the negotiation skills and ensure cost savings objectives of the organization are delivered Closing commercial terms and conditions and water tight contracts/agreements Ensuring internal (business teams) and external (vendors and agencies) customer satisfaction through processing of the requirements on time as per agreed TATs Comply with the policies, processes, best practices and other compliance norms thereby no qualified remarks from the auditing agencies Reviews and Reporting to be done on time as per the business and other reporting requirements Look for process simplification, improve quality and synergy across different business units Responsible for bringing the best of the automation tools and best practices to make the Operations more efficient, user friendly and agile Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Must have 10+ years of experience in procurement/ negotiations/ handling procurement operations (last 5 years in handling Tech/IT/Infosec/ Communication channels categories) Also have handled other categories such as marketing, retail, admin etc. Must have experience in contract/ legal agreements negotiations and closures Should have worked in large corporates/ listed companies for at least 5 years Should have handled a team of at least 4 to 6 for 5 years Must have technical / professional qualifications Undergrad Engineer from a reputed university MBA from a reputed B School Thorough with latest digital tools such as SAP/Oracle, Power BI/Tableau, MS Office 365 Good communication skills About us: At PayU, we are a global fintech investor and our vision is to build a world without financial borders where everyone can prosper.
