Role Purpose:As core team member of growing DP World GSC People Function, the incumbent will play crucial role in building the organic Talent diversity for the organization; will drive end-to-end talent mapping, training needs analysis, program design & deployment engaging with learning providers / Txe2x85x85 CoE / diversity forums. Further the incumbent will partner with GSC service line leaders to embed functional knowledge to enable Talent mobility. We envisage the person to come with seasoned experience in Txe2x85x85 domain with sense of ownership & ability to influence stakeholders across the organizationDesignation: Senior Manager - Talent Development & Diversity (Txe2x85x85)Base Location: Ghansoli, Navi MumbaiReporting to: Deputy General Manager - People Business Partner - Global Service CentreKey Role Responsibilities:
  • Partner leaders / managers on training needs analysis aligned to business priorities
  • Own Talent mapping & review process for the organization with associated IDPs for identified potential Talent
  • Responsible for end-to-end design, deployment / improvement of learning programs.
  • Develop in-house content (as needed), related communication to foster learning culture.
  • Deploy and deliver programs for focus segments & diversity groups - leaders / first time managers / campus hires / women in management etc
  • Own the Txe2x85x85 budget, learning & wellness calendar for the annual year
  • Optimize usage of LinkedIn Learning & LMS, curate competency & skill-based learning journeys
  • Source, negotiate and partner with learning providers to deliver learning solutions
  • MIS & reporting on Talent development, diversity & learning programs / platforms with associated tangible metrices
  • Partner with GSC Talent Acquisition & Attraction (TAA) on Employer branding, Talent mobility
Skills & Competencies:
  • Atleast 8 years of proven experience in Talent Development & Diversity (Txe2x85x85) domain with hands-on exposure of LinkedIN learning, Learning Management System (LMS), related platforms
  • Ability to multitask & work in dynamic fast-paced Global Service Centre (GSC) environment or rapid scale ups
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Stakeholder management skills, including ability to coordinate & influence across the hierarchy
  • Good result orientation & negotiation skills
  • Analytical & data reporting skills enabling meaningful conversations / decisions
  • Experience of working with learning providers, engaging with various diversity forums
  • Women Talent from GSC / GCC / GBS / BPS background preferred
Education & Qualifications:
  • Masters/PG degree in Human Resources from good pedigree B-School
