Senior Manager -Talent Acquisition - Volume Hiring -BangaloreA leading HR solutions provider specializing in the insurance sector, offering expert talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic HR support. • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and campus outreach
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the offer and onboarding process
• Act as a strategic HR partner to the business, executing local engagement initiatives
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports

Requirements: * 10 years of experience in recruitment with a strong focus on volume hiring and frontline sales roles

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes
• Sound knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively
• MBA/Postgraduate in HR from a reputed institute preferred
