Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and qualifications
Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and attract potential candidates
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, provide feedback, and negotiate offers
Build and maintain a strong employer brand through various recruitment marketing initiatives
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry organizations
Analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
Develop and coach a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring goals.
This role involves Team Management & IC as well.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an IT Product & SAAS based company.
Must have hands-on recruiting experience with Mean Stack, JavaScript, QA, DevOps & Cloud.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
Experience managing and developing a team 5 - 7 of recruiters
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
