In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies in partnership with the Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers. Your role will involve proactive activity anticipating talent needs, developing and executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, and managing the hiring administration process. You will also work closely with the International Talent Acquisition to drive Talent Strategy for the Market.Essential Skills/Experience:
- Prior recruitment/ stakeholder management experience to show ability to work across various functions and provide strategic inputs.
- 14 to 16 years of experience in technology hiring.
- Excellent MS Office skills and ability to make executive presentations.
- Self-driven, able to complete the assigned tasks with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong focus on high quality deliverables, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional stakeholders across geographies.
- Enterprising attitude & innovative mindset.Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience of working in a similar role in a global environment.
