• Install, configure, maintain, and administer BI applications. Conduct performance tuning and optimization when required.
• Define BI guidelines, define process for code deployments and monitoring and authorization.
• Collaborate across multiple teams and functions, understanding business needs to present data in a clear way telling the stories as they relate to data.
• Rapidly iterate, prototype, and implement data visualizations using advanced design and development skills.
• Design, develop, manage, and update logical and physical data models for the BI data marts.
• Create BI content - semantic models, reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Migrate content between environments.

Qualification & ExperienceSkills

• 10 years of experience in Tableau development with Strong Dashboarding experience.
• Deep understanding of the Tableau architecture including Tableau Cloud.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, & interpersonal skills and should be able to handle stakeholders and drive the dashboarding initiative.
• Proven experience in technical leadership with good technical delivery skills.
• Proven ability to design BI solutions to reports against large volumes of data and experience tuning reports and queries.
• Experience/Knowledge on Data Modeling concepts (i.e. Relational, Dimensional, Columnar)
• Knowledge of advanced Data Warehouse concepts.
