The role is responsible of owning overall TA Processes, tools, technologies, vendors and compliance to various policies. TA Operations manager owns all the reports and dashboard being published by TA team. TA Operations manager carries out various initiatives to optimize various steps involved in TA process. TA Operations manager front ends various audits. TA Operations manager partners with Talent Acquisition, HR, Workforce planning and Business teams. TA Operations manager owns TA ATS (Application Tracking System) platform both from process and technology perspective. Key Responsibility: Publishing various dashboards and reports related to TA function. Many dashboards will be shared with senior management. Analyzing the pattern of issues based on the data coming from various systems. Effective reviews of various processes to avoid potential issues. Understanding of various challenges arising out of interactions across different systems. Working closely with teams spread across various geographies and functions. Taking care of TA support desk. Working with various external vendors. The role requires a clear understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management to operationalize various initiatives. Graduate / Postgraduate with Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering (Preferred) 10-15 years experience in managing HR/TA operations and with expertise and Data Analytics. Expertise in handling large data volumes and publishing various reports. Experience of working with WORKDAY POWER BI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable working with different teams and senior management team. Ability to work on tight deadlines. Adapt to changing conditions with the ability to generate. effective and practical solutions to new situations and problems as they are presented.
