Job Description
1. To manage end to end business vertical from sales , operations to profitability 2. Would include Financing in both B2B and B2C customers 3. U nderstanding o f financial products for NBFCs, excellent communication and negotiation skills and knows RBI/NHB compliances for formation 4. Responsible for all activities including the management, operation and development of the NBFC 5. Prepare 5 yr plan detailing portfolio of NBFC, expected cash flows and market trend 6. Prepare and implement the strategic and annual plans 7. Ensure NBFC operates in a cost effective manner and propose an annual budget and cost framework for activities Qualifications and Skills required 1. Strong Written Communication, Strong Verbal Communication and Leadership Skills 2. Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation 3. Will require travelling 4. Ability to perform smoothly under pressure. Education and Experience: 4-5 years of work experience in running NBFC Post Graduation in Finance
